Hi, I am Todd Davis, owner of Five Points Rentals. I’ve called Athens home for over 2 decades. I raised my kids here and enjoy life in Athens with all the music, sporting events and recreational opportunities.
My mission
I take pride in my rental properties and enjoy getting to know my tenants and, many times, their families. I try to make things easy and straight forward and fair without all the red tape that many of the large management companies obligate their tenants to. I try to offer a more personal experience to leasing in Athens.
